My Personal Resume...

I am a life-long resident of Pekin, Illinois. By choice, I have chosen to live in Pekin because of my love for the community. I raised two beautiful daughters who both have graduated from Illinois universities. My daughter, Shanna, is a research nurse at OSF St. Francis Hospital. My daughter, Ramie, is a special education teacher for Schramm School. Both girls live in Pekin. My daughters and phenomenal son-in-laws have blessed my life with six incredible grandchildren.

I am a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. My faith is very close to my heart and the center of my existence.

I love to entertain friends and family. I have a passion for cooking and baking. In the past, I taught Wilton cake decorating classes and taught chocolate classes for Nestle Chocolate distributor. I have the “party” house…I love cooking for large groups. Also, I must add “shopping” as another favorite past-time.

Holistic by nature, I believe that I must keep my life in “balance”. I believe that the physical, emotional and spiritual must be in balance to maximize satisfaction with life and the gifts life has given to me. I begin most days working out, then on to morning Mass. I work 50-60 hours a week servicing my sellers and buyers. (Occasionally, I have a grandchild tagging along!!) Spending quality time with my grandchildren is extremely important to me. Luckily, I do not require much sleep!!! Staying organized and balanced is my claim to enjoying a very successful career in real estate since 1984, enjoying my family and friends, and serving my community.
